On the Uluru Sunrise Walk, view the remarkable changing colours of the vast desert landscape and the spectacular sight of Uluru and Kata Tjuta at dawn. As day breaks, learn about the history of this ancient land, including the plights of early explorers and their interactions with Anangu, the traditional owners of the awe-inspiring wilderness.
The Kata Tjuta & Walpa Gorge tour takes in Kata Tjuta, also known as the Olgas, comprising 36 majestic domes. Along the way, visit the Kata Tjuta Viewing Area for a photo opportunity and from there continue on to Walpa Gorge, where the natural history of Kata Tjuta is explained in great detail.
Uluru & Kantju Gorge Sunset is experienced on a drive around Uluru with an expert guide who explains the World Heritage values, the geology and the tourism history of the region. Walk along the Mala Walk from the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Cultural Centre and as day transforms into night, enter Kantju Gorge to witness the gorge walls ablaze with the light of the setting sun.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is located in what has traditionally been the territory of Pitjantjatjara and Yunkunytjatjara people. The traditional owners of the Park call themselves Anangu or Pitjantjatjara people. Anangu life revolves around the Tjukurpa. Tjukurpa, is the word that Anangu use to refer the ancestral time when the world was being formed by heroic beings.
