Bedarra's Gourmet Indulgence
Bedarra is midway through their second Gourmet Series weekends (June - December 2010) and new executive chef Jimmy Ward says guests’ reception of the indulgent degustations has been excellent.
“It’s a great pleasure to create a one off experience which is so satisfying. These weekends showcase the very finest wine and cuisine against the backdrop of this stunning luxury tropical island, and cost guests no more than the usual tariff,” says Jimmy Ward, who has worked at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and St Petroc’s Bistro in Padstow, Cornwall UK, as well as Raymond Blanc’s 2 Michelin star restaurant le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford.
The series continues with the Barossa's Prue and Stephen Henschke set to host the Henschke Gourmet Weekend - Friday 17th & Saturday 18th September 2010.
